The main spindle adopts an A2-8 nose end with a through-hole diameter of 92mm (optional 106mm), enabling seamless processing of bars up to 75mm (optional 92mm) in diameter.
Powered by an 11-15KW (Guangyu) spindle motor, it achieves a maximum speed of 3000rpm (optional 2500rpm), providing ample torque for roughing and high-speed finishing.
With a maximum bed rotation diameter of 700mm and a maximum machining diameter of 380mm, paired with a Z-axis processing length of 500mm, it accommodates large and long workpieces with ease.

3. Precision Motion Axes

X/Y/Z multi-axis coordination: The X-axis travel reaches 245mm (repeatability ±0.002mm), Z-axis travel 550mm (repeatability ±0.005mm), and Y-axis travel 100mm (repeatability ±0.005mm), all driven by 3.0KW servo motors with high-rigidity ball screws (X-axis R32/P10, Z-axis R40/P10, Y-axis R32/P10).
